Refund policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you have a quality issue and need a refund, there are two routes you may need to take depending on the type of product you purchased.
Refunds on Customized Unit Merchandise:
- We offer a 365-Day Repair, Replace, or Refund warranty on all of our customized unit gear. That means if you have a quality issue or manufacturer defect, we'll work with you to make it right by either repairing your item, replacing it with a new one or, buying it back from you.
- If you received the wrong item due to a fulfillment error on our part, we will of course fix such errors at no cost to you by sending you the correct item and requesting you to send back the item sent in error. (In some cases we may waive this return requirement.)
- We do NOT honor return requests due solely to a customer changing their minds. We make every custom unit item individually to order, so each item is made specifically for the customer and considered to be "customized," and as such we cannot return such items to inventory. If your item was part of a group or unit pre-order, this policy will apply.
Refunds on Non-Customized RGC Branded Gear:
- We DO offer returns and refunds on standard, non-customized RGC gear such as hats, T-shirts, and hoodies.
- If you receive your item and it does not meet your expectations, you can opt to return the item for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. The item being returned must be in new & unworn condition.
- To do this, please reach out to us ASAP at info@reloadedgear.com and notify us of your return request, including the item or items along with your order number. You will then be given an address to ship your items to. When we receive your return we will inspect it and issue a refund promptly using the original form of payment.
- We do NOT cover the cost of return shipping.
- If you received the wrong item due to a fulfillment error on our part, we will of course fix such errors at no cost to you by sending you the correct item and requesting you to send back the item sent in error, along with providing you a return shipping label.
