Shipping policy

Shipping Policy for Customized Unit Merchandise:

  • Our business model for customized unit gear is based on Pre-Ordering, meaning that when you purchase a customized item through our Unit T-shirt Program, you are ordering an item that will be printed at a later date.
  • On INITIAL orders (the first time we are printing a new unit design) we request that you allow up to 3 weeks for production to be completed and your item to be shipped.
  • On REPEAT orders (placed through the site for designs that have already been printed and are in our system) we print these as soon as possible as they are received, but we may need as much as one week to get them printed and shipped.
  • We also offer two types of shipping: Priority, and $7 Flat Rate. Priority orders will be shipped directly to an address of your choosing, and we will add the amount calculated by our shipping providers at either UPS or USPS to your bill. (This may vary but is typically between $10-20.) $7 Flat Rate orders are for group orders only, and will be packed individually but shipped in bulk in one large shipment directly to your unit. This is an economical way to ship that saves money by packing everyone's orders together, which can then be distributed to the unit at the unit's address.
  • Note: $7 Flat Rate Shipping is only available through our Store-in-a-Box Ordering Kit for unit pre-orders.
  • All orders placed through the site are automatically categorized as "Priority," and will ship to the address you choose when you order and using the shipping speed and method you chose when you placed your order. 

Shipping Policy for non-customized RGC Branded products:

  • All orders placed through the site will ship to the address you choose when you order and using the shipping speed and method you chose when you placed your order. 
  • We normally process and fulfill orders within 48 hours of when they are placed, not including weekends and holidays. 
  • NOTE ADDED JAN 2022: WE ARE STILL EXPERIENCING A SEVERE LABOR SHORTAGE AND SUPPLY CHAIN DELAYS. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT FULFILLMENT TIMES ARE LONGER THAN NORMAL AND MAY ADD UP TO A WEEK TO YOUR ORDER FULFILLMENT. IF IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK PLEASE REACH OUT TO US AND WE WILL ADDRESS YOUR CASE INDIVIDUALLY.
